How to Apply:

1. Record a short video (two minutes or less) explaining why you need this marketing scholarship. How will it impact your practice, your community, your patients? Share your story and help me get to know you and your passion for this medicine!

2. Email video to scholarship@michellegrasek.com

3. In the text of your email, you MUST include:

– Whether you are applying for the live or the self-paced version of the class

– Your first and last name

– The city, state and country where you practice

– How many years you’ve been in practice (or what year you are in school)

That’s it! Done!

If you are not able to submit a video:

No problem. You may submit your application as an audio file (no more than 2 minutes) OR as written text (please no more than 2 paragraphs).
