Wondering how to structure your marketing for the last two months of the year? Are you ready for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and the holidays? If not, this episode is for you!
I’m going to walk you through my Instagram marketing strategy for the rest of 2021.
I have some very specific goals and I’m going to be posting every day on Instagram to help me achieve them.
I hope you find it helpful to hear how I think about the process of creating a marketing strategy, specifically for Instagram. Hopefully it will give you some ideas that you can use in your own practice.
Much of what I’ll be talking about in this episode is geared towards Small Business Saturday, so I just want to say that if you’re thinking about hosting some kind of sale or special event for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, or any of the winter holidays, now is the time to create your marketing strategy for those sales or events.
You really need some lead up time to start talking about whatever you’re offering in advance, to warm up your audience before the sale or event occurs. There’s no time to lose because these events and special days are going to be here before we know it.
To create this marketing strategy, I used the five-step method that I talked about in the last episode (#22). We’re going to walk through that as well, so you can do the same thing for your own marketing goals for the remainder of 2021.
I’ll also be reporting back on how this marketing strategy worked in January 2022 with the usual feedback – what worked, what didn’t, what would I do differently, and of course, did I achieve my specific goals with this marketing strategy?
Let’s finish the year strong! Listen in now.
