Join me and my business coach, Jason Stein, as we chat about three things that hold acupuncturists back from success.

Welcome! 😊 I’m excited to share this new interview with you today.

Jason is an acupuncturist and he’s been a business coach specifically for acupuncturists for over a decade. He taught Practice Management at OCOM and IICM for a decade as well, and he’s helped hundreds of acupuncturists dial in their marketing and create businesses they love.

One thing I really love about Jason is that he’s all about playing to your strengths in marketing.

He also believes really strongly in helping people build businesses that fit into their lives – in other words, creating the ideal business structure for you, and helping you serve people in the ways that matter most to you.

In his time as a coach, he’s realized there are a few patterns that are common to acupuncturists who feel stuck or stagnant in their businesses.

He has some great advice for moving past these patterns for success!

Let’s dive right in!

Three Things That Hold Acupuncturist Back from Success with Jason Stein:

And before you go, Jason has a new acupuncturist group coaching mastermind with three open seats starting in December!

Check out the details for the group coaching mastermind right here.

What happens in group coaching?

You meet Jason meets online, with a small group of acupuncturists (no more than six) twice a month on a live video conference.

Jason leads the group, touching base with every member to talk about their goals and plan, check in on their progress, and offer next steps.

Plus it’s amazing to be supported by a group of acupuncturists who are all building their practices as well. The advice and perspective of such a generous community is amazing.

A few years ago I co-hosted a group coaching mastermind with Jason and can totally speak from experience 😊 The collaborative atmosphere was incredible to be a part of.

It’s first-come, first-serve, so get your application in early. Again, only three spaces are left for the mastermind that begins in December.

Why else is group coaching so helpful?

Sometimes I see acupuncturists get swept up in the “more patients now” hype and they spend a lot of cash on systems that aren’t a great fit for them – because most of us are not “hard-care sales people” at heart.

Group coaching is personal and helps you build a marketing system for your business that is actually sustainable. I think the individual attention to help you create what works for you is so important.

In the past I’ve sent quite a few acupuncturists to Jason for group coaching – here’s a testimonial from Khanita, an incredible acupuncturist and chiropractor that I referred to Jason who’s been working with him for the past year:

Another huge benefit is that all of Jason’s coaching students have access to his fun-loving, super-supportive Facebook group, The Heart Crew.

What I love about the Heart Crew is that members all share resources to help each other become visible in their businesses. The result is building foundational pieces that will serve for years to come.

If you’re interested in Jason’s group coaching, feel free to reach out to him at jason@jasonstein.com.

And if you’re not sure group coaching is right for you, Jason provides one-on-one coaching, which you can check out here.

Jason also offers free one-page marketing plans tailored to your acupuncture practice for just $99, AND they’re satisfaction guaranteed, which is pretty rare in the marketing world.

And of course, feel free to email me with questions about group coaching, Jason’s coaching style, etc. Whatever you can think of! My email is michelle@michellegrasek.com and you’re always welcome to reach out with thoughts or questions.
